My journey into female health began with my experience of undergoing egg freezing in 2020. It was a wake-up call, making me realize how little I knew about my own female body, despite being a health and fitness professional.
Motivated by this revelation, I immersed myself in research, learning about female physiology, the true role of hormones, and how they function. Collaborating with leading experts in female physiology, nutrition, doctors, and personal trainers specialising in women's health, I sought to understand how to harness and balance hormones effectively for optimal well-being.
We integrated cutting-edge research, the latest science, and the most effective training, lifestyle transformation, and habit change methods to create The Female Curve programs. These programs have been piloted with over 1800 women worldwide and have delivered astounding results. From sustainable aesthetic transformations to aiding in pregnancy, hormone regulation, menstrual cycle restoration, PMS and PCOS symptom management, and enhanced strength, health, and confidence.
