It’s designed to teach you how your body actually works during different stages of the cycle and how to harness your monthly hormonal variations and use them to your advantage. Whether you are looking to boost your confidence, reduce PMS, achieve aesthetic results, build strength or balance your hormones, we deliver a bespoke programme tailored to your unique menstrual cycle, goal and lifestyle.
The programme is filled with daily actionable insights, nutritional and exercise guidance synced to your cycle and is designed for women who are focused on getting real and sustainable results in a kind and nurturing way.

PCOS Treatment Plan

The PCOS Treatment Plan is designed for women with a PCOS diagnosis and for women, who experience PCOS symptoms.
We understand the difficulties of navigating health, nutrition and fitness when managing PCOS. Our 12 weeks programme focuses on improving insulin sensitivity through nutrition, exercise, sleep & stress management.
Every week you will touch base with your 1:1 coach to discuss your progress & symptom management. The PCOS programme is here to help you take control of your body and have you feeling healthier, happier & stronger than ever before.

Perimenopause Programme

This programme is designed to help women entering perimenopause to better manage their symptoms, rebalance their hormones, and achieve life-changing health and fitness results like never before.
The programme focuses on initiating a number of lifestyle changes which work to offset the effects of the hormonal changes on a woman’s body. This includes a focused resistance training plan to decrease muscle deterioration to improve bone density to prevent osteoporosis and a specific diet to support that, guidance on improving sleep hygiene and quality, advice on macronutrient tracking, supplements, as well as managing symptoms. You receive ongoing support from your coach, including weekly check-in calls, to help monitor your progress and help you stay on track.
